Any custom product requests may take an additional 2-4 business days for preparation.
Please keep in mind that our products are made by hand, by our small staff. We thank you in advance for being kind & patient.
Our top priority is customer service. If there is an issue with your order, please send us an email to see how we can best resolve the issue. We stand behind the quality of our products and know that you will love them as much as we do.
Please be careful when placing your order because due to the handmade nature of our products we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.
All sales are final.
If there is an issue with your order, send us an email within 48 hours of receiving your order to info@enidb.com or contact us here.
Please do not ship your item back without first contacting us.
I. Exchanges for Seller Errors
If we have made an error on your order, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return shipping label via email. Please ship the incorrect item(s) back within 3 days of receiving the return shipping label. Once the incorrect item is received, inspected, and approved for an exchange, we will gladly send a corrected item replacement based on your original order.
Gift cards are non-refundable after purchase and cannot be redeemed for store credit after use.
Lost Packages
If your item has been lost in transit--that is, USPS tracking shows no movement of the item for the last 15 days (for US orders) or 30 days (for Int'l orders)--you will be issued a store credit.
We are unable to issue a store credit for packages that are marked as delivered. Please contact your local post office to resolve this issue.
