Refund policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are shipped via the carrier service that is selected at the time of purchase.  We ship via USPS, FedEx, and UPS. We ship domestically within the U.S and to international countries. Shipping rates for many items we sell are fixed rates, selected by you, at the time of purchase. 

Orders are mailed within 4-5 business days of your payment transaction. We will notify you via email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

Any custom product requests may require an additional 5-10 business days or longer, depending on the preparation requirements. 

Please keep in mind that our products are made by hand, by our small staff.  We thank you in advance for being kind & patient.


RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Due to the handmade, small-batch nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations

All sales are final.

 

Exchanges for Seller Errors 

If we have made an error on your order, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return shipping label via email. Please ship the incorrect item(s) back within 3 days of receiving the return shipping label. Once the incorrect item is received, inspected, and approved for an exchange, we will gladly send a corrected item replacement based on your original order.

Please do not ship your item back without first contacting us.   You can also send us an email at sales@enidb.com.


Lost Packages 


If your item has been lost in transit--that is, UPS, FedEx, or USPS tracking shows no movement of the item for the last 15 days (for US orders) or 30 days (for Int'l orders)--we will resend your order or issue you a refund. 

We are unable to issue a refund or store credit for packages that are marked as delivered. Please contact your local post office, FedEx, or UPS to resolve this issue.
