SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are shipped via the carrier service that is selected at the time of purchase.  We ship via USPS, FedEx, and UPS. We ship domestically within the U.S and to international countries. Shipping rates for many items we sell are fixed rates, selected by you, at the time of purchase. 

Orders are mailed within 4-5 business days of your payment transaction. We will notify you via email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

Any custom product requests may require an additional 5-10 business days or longer, depending on the preparation requirements. 

Please keep in mind that our products are made by hand, by our small staff.  We thank you in advance for being kind & patient.

*****INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, PLEASE READ****

All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail International. This gives you a tracking/customs number and it's about 10-18 days in transit. We will email you the tracking/customs number upon shipment of your order.

Import duties, taxes or any additional fees are the responsibility of the customer, and you should research how your countries laws applies to your purchase.
